We're excited to be co-hosting the Saturday low level circuits sessions in partnership with Everyone Active.
We have a short Christmas break - so there will be no circuits on Sat 27th December 2025, we're back as normal on Sat 3rd January 2026.

Session ends: 4pm
Social in cafe: 4-4:30pm
Low level circuits is a fun, inclusive and energetic session for adults with learning disabilities. Everyone can move at their own pace, catch up with friends, and feel great while getting active together.
Each of our Active LD directors will take it in turns to help supervise the session, supporting our brilliant and experienced instructors: Rob & Sonya and Ali & Emma.
We also have brilliant support from our team of volunteers, many of whom are students from Peter Symmonds, and there to help participants get the most out of the session.
