Our experienced coaches Rob & Sonya and Ali & Emma make the sessions friendly, fun, energetic and welcoming. Everyone can take part!

Cost: £5.50
Session starts: 3pm
Session ends: 4pm
Social in cafe: 4-4:30pm
Low level circuits is a fun, inclusive and energetic session for adults with learning disabilities. Everyone can move at their own pace, catch up with friends, and feel great while getting active together (click here to see a short video of circuits).
Each of our Active LD directors will take it in turns to help supervise the session, supporting our brilliant and experienced instructors.
We also have brilliant support from our team of volunteers, many of whom are students from Peter Symmonds, and are there to help participants get the most out of the session.
