The Personal Bests champions inclusion and inspires ongoing participation in sports and physical activities. Taking part in regular physical activity is vital for people with learning disabilities, by improving mental and physical health, fostering social connections, building confidence, and engaging with the community.

New to 2025. Enjoy fun activity in the pool with water polo, swimming and aqua aerobics. Hosted at Winchester Sport and Leisure Park.
Active LD in partnership with Everyone Active and Winchester City Council have organised a morning of water-based activities including aqua aerobics, water polo and swimming for adults with learning disabilities.
