Personal Bests

The Personal Bests is a fun-filled day where people with learning disabilities come together to enjoy sports and connect with the community. Active LD works with key partners in the Event Management Team (EMT) to deliver this uplifting event, celebrating every participant's efforts and achievements.

The Personal Bests champions inclusion and inspires ongoing participation in sports and physical activities. Taking part in regular physical activity is vital for people with learning disabilities, by improving mental and physical health, fostering social connections, building confidence, and engaging with the community.
