Taking part in regular physical activity is vital for people with learning disabilities, by improving mental and physical health, fostering social connections, building confidence, and engaging with the community.

Active LD in partnership with Everyone Active, University of Chichester and Together our Community (TOC) are excited to offer this fully inclusive event packed full of fun sports and activities for adults with learning disabilities.

New to 2025. Enjoy fun activity in the pool with water polo, swimming and aqua aerobics. Hosted at Winchester Sport and Leisure Park.
Active LD in partnership with Everyone Active and Winchester City Council have organised a morning of water-based activities including aqua aerobics, water polo and swimming for adults with learning disabilities.
